Detailed review of my order

I decided to upgrade my home setup and ordered a refurbished desktop, specifically a Dell OptiPlex, along with a Moniteur 24 pouces. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, I found what I needed without any issues. Shipping took 6 days to reach my address in New York, which was within the estimated timeframe. Everything was packaged adequately, and both the desktop and monitor powered on and functioned perfectly right out of the box. I also added a wireless mouse and a USB keyboard to my order; they were standard items but worked as expected. I had a quick question about the warranty period, so I used their online contact form and received a clear answer the next day, confirming the 1-year warranty. The 'état correct' for both items was accurate, showing minimal signs of previous use. Overall, a smooth transaction and satisfactory products.

Decent experience, minor snag

I bought an HP EliteBook here and it's been working fine. The machine itself was as described, and the delivery was quicker than I expected, reaching me in Miami in just under a week. I had a small question about the Windows license, and customer service got back to me within a day, which was good. My only slight complaint was the packaging; it could have been a bit more robust for an electronic item, though the laptop arrived without damage.

Good value for a laptop

I was looking for a good deal on a laptop for school and found a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad here. The price was competitive, especially after I signed up for the newsletter and got a small discount. It felt like a solid purchase for the money. The laptop works well for my needs.

Always a solid choice

I've ordered a few times from here, mostly for office upgrades. This time I got a Dell Latitude and it arrived in great shape, just like the others. Delivery took about 4 days to get to me in Utah. Their refurbished gear is always consistent, which is why I keep coming back.
